ABSTRACT
This research work assess the impact of sales promotion on organizational performance. A case study of Nigeria bottling company Plc., coca cola Onitsha plant. Thus four objectives and research questions were formulated this research work revealed that the study is relevant in that it seeks to identify the role sales promotion plays in the marketing strategies and achievement of organizational goals and objectives. And have tried to expose the impact of sales promotion output and employees commitments on organizational activities. The research works shows that sales promotion have a great impact on level of production, Customer patronage and profitability and market share of the company.
Also serves as a guide to the company under examination and the entire soft drink company in Nigeria by given them an insight on ways in which planning and execution of sales promotion programme can be done to yield a better result. And will add to existing stock of knowledge in administrative science research and will equally help other researcher seeking adventure into sales promotion.
